Generally, we recommend you replace products annually to ensure you’re always getting the best experience. For products that don’t have an expiration date (like cosmetics), a good rule of thumb to follow is that they’re stable for 3 years from the time of manufacture, as long as they’re stored at room temperature or as indicated on the product label.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any samples to send at this time. Our coupon offerings do vary throughout the year but if you reach out to us via email, Instagram Direct Message, or Facebook Private Message, we would be more than happy to see if we have any savings we might be able to send your way!

If you are unable to find a product in-store or online it may be out of stock, but there is also a chance that it has been discontinued. We want you to know that discontinuing products is never an easy decision. We understand that every JOHNSONS® product and formulation has a legion of fans – new and old - who have seen positive and impactful changes from using that product. Please feel free to reach out and we can confirm if the product is still available.

JOHNSONS® Baby Powder was discontinued in North America in May 2020. The decision to discontinue talc-based Johnson’s Baby Powder product was made as part of a broader decision tied to COVID-19 that will phase out products that are in low consumer demand. You can expect to continue to see stock through the end of 2020 but it may become increasingly difficult to find over time both in-stores and online, as product sells out.
